5 CHRISTMAS CANDY EASY AND QUICK

1. PIE FIG AND APPLE

We are inspired in a recipe from the blog MDEMULHER for this sweet wonderful.

– Ingredients –

  • 1 can of cream of milk
  • 1 can of milk (use the can from the cream of milk to measure the amount)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 gems
  • 2 apples sliced and peeled
  • 200g of sweet figs in syrup
  • Cinnamon powder and sugar to sprinkle

– Mode of preparation –

  1. In a blender, place the flour, the sugar, the milk, the cream, the eggs and the egg yolks. Grind everything until it looks homogeneous.
  2. In a form previously greased baking sheet, spread the apple and the sweet of the fig, interchangeably. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Place the prepared above.
  3. Bake at 180ºC, until golden brown.

2. RICE PUDDING

– Ingredients –

  • 2 mugs of water

Place the water in a pan along with cinnamon sticks, salt and the lemon peel. Let simmer for approximately 5 minutes.

  1. Add the rice and stir. The rice should absorb all the water.
  2. When the rice is cooked and the water has evaporated, add the sugar and the butter. Stir occasionally and cook for few more minutes.
  3. Dissolve the egg yolks in the milk.
  4. Remove the rice from the heat and add the egg yolks to the prepared. Continue to stir and place the pan on a gentle heat.
  5. When everything is mixed, remove from the heat and pour in to a dish.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and serve.

3. NOODLES

– Ingredients –

  • 450g water
  • 620g + 50g of milk
  • 230g of sugar
  • 50g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Peel of 1 lemon
  • 220g of noodles
  • 4 egg yolks
  • Cinnamon powder

– Mode of preparation –

  1. In a container, dispose of the water, the sugar, the butter, the salt, the 620g milk and add the cinnamon stick and the peel of a lemon. Heat to a temperature not too high, for about 20 minutes and stir the prepared.
  2. Go adding, slowly, the noodles to be cooked.
  3. In a bowl, stir in the 50g of milk that he still has to egg yolks, beat well and put this mixture in the pan where you are cooking the noodles.
  4. Cook everything in simmer until it is uniform.
  5. At the end, pour the prepared on a serving platter and sprinkle with the cinnamon powder.

 

4. CREAM BRULÉE

  • 200g of sugar

– Mode of preparation –
